Withdrawal Information
Information regarding statutory withdrawal rights for custom digital art commissions where such rights apply.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your commission contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For a contract concerning the provision of services, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Early Start of Commission Work
Because each commission is created individually, you may request that work begins before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
If you expressly request that I begin working on your commission before the end of an applicable statutory withdrawal period, work may begin after the commission has been accepted and the required payment has been received.
If you later exercise a valid right of withdrawal after work has already begun, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount for services already performed, where the legal requirements for such compensation are met.
4. Early Start Confirmation
Where applicable, the commission form contains a separate confirmation for beginning work during the withdrawal period.
5. Withdrawal After Work Has Begun
If you validly withdraw after expressly requesting that work begin during the withdrawal period, compensation for services already performed may be payable where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable, the amount is calculated in proportion to the agreed service already performed up to the time the withdrawal is received.
6. Completion of the Commission
Where the legal requirements are met, a statutory withdrawal right relating to a paid service may expire once the agreed service has been fully performed.
Nothing on this page is intended to remove or restrict a statutory consumer right where the legal requirements for doing so have not been satisfied.
7. Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from an eligible contract, payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law will be refunded without undue delay.
Where legally permitted, an amount for commission work already performed following your express request for early commencement may be taken into account.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.

9. Commission Terms
Pricing, payment, revisions, delivery, copyright and usage rights are governed by the separate Commission Terms of Service .
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
